What happens during a first consultation?

During this session, we will talk about what has led you to seek support.

There is no ‘right’ way to begin.

You do not need to talk about everything from the outset. You can share what feels important and do so at your own pace.

My role will be to listen attentively, ask questions that help us become more familiar with what you are experiencing, answer your questions and explore with you how we might work from there.
