Who is Ana and what is her background?

My interest in psychology grew from a deep curiosity about human beings and the way our experiences, relationships and decisions gradually shape who we are.

Over time, that interest found a clear purpose: standing alongside people going through moments of change, loss or adjustment, helping them broaden their perspective, recognise their own resources and recover their capacity to choose.
