Every process has a different story.

Areas of support

Some people want to understand an emotion that has been present for a long time. Others are going through a major change or an experience that has reshaped how they see themselves and the world.

These are some of the areas in which I can support you.

Individual clinical consultations for adults, offered in Spanish or French. Every person is unique, yet many human experiences involve similar questions and challenges.

  • Migration and cultural adjustment

Migration involves far more than moving to another country. It can reshape identity, relationships, belonging and the way we relate to the world. Understanding that process can help rebuild a way of living and adapting without losing what defines us.

  • Anxiety

Anxiety can appear as persistent worry, repetitive thoughts, physical tension or difficulty enjoying the present. Rather than trying to make the anxiety disappear, the aim is to understand what it may be communicating and develop resources for greater balance.

  • Grief

Loss is part of life, but every person experiences it differently. Grief needs a space where it can be understood and lived through without pressure or judgement.

  • Trauma

Some experiences leave a deep mark. Therapy can help us understand how they continue to affect the present and develop resources to recover safety and wellbeing.

  • Relationships

The way we relate to others also reflects the relationship we have with ourselves. Exploring our connections can reveal patterns, strengthen communication and support healthier relationships.

  • Identity

Throughout life, especially during periods of crisis, we may question who we are, where we are going or what our experiences mean. Therapy offers space to explore these questions with calm and depth.

  • Life transitions

There are times when what once worked no longer does. Separation, professional change, parenthood, migration or another major transition can become an opportunity to rebuild.

  • Personal development

Not everyone seeks therapy because there is a problem. Some people want to know themselves better, develop new resources and live more consciously.

Additional topics that may be addressed at a secondary level to the eight primary areas of support.

  • Expatriation.

  • Intercultural couples.

  • Self-esteem.

  • Professional adjustment.

  • Caring for relatives and ageing.

Every process is different.

Beyond what brings you here today, the aim is to understand your story, the stage of life you are in and what matters to you now.
